Yea its in the bottom of the tank. Check the bottom of the tank where the hose runs from, there should be wires coming out of the pump. Pull the wiring connector off and there will be a thin spingy steel ring with little tabs all around it. Pop the ring out with a pick or pliers (you'll probably damage it, but a new one comes with the new 20$ washer pump) and the pump pulls out the end.

Before pulling out the pump, you might want to check voltage in that connector while trying to spray to make sure it is the pump. That little tab ring never goes back in as well as it does the first time, so replace it if you pull the pump.
