turbochargers and bio diesel

Both me and the guy I make with have 7.3's. His is an IDI and mine is a powerstoke. We have run 750 gallons so far...

I've been running b99 for almost 2 yrs (b50 for a few months in winter), at least 15K in my 6.0l w/o any problems related to the biodiesel.

It might be semantics. But if not, the biodiesel doesn't go through the turbocharger anyway so it wouldn't have any effect on the turbo itself. Being that you have an IDI however, there will be a few fuel lines you will eventually need to replace with Viton lines. The rubber lines will last through several tankfuls or more of biodiesel before they start to sweat, swell up,and soften.
