morning everybody! did i mention that i'm doing my biyearly veggie diet? lol, i love reminding people about it, and encourage everyone to try it out at least at some level. i don't do everything listed but i get close: http://do42.com/ is the details. i've got just about a month left ... i'm down 2 pounds in the last two weeks hahaha! 198lbs now, and i'm wanting t hit 190lbs by the second week of August ... or there abouts.
