Yeah, we're planning on moving back there next spring/summer. I'll have lots of work there, contracting and building as I'm doing here. My uncle owns a retail flooring business, and I have a few other contacts for work lined up already. I was down there 2 weeks ago for a couple weeks, did a pile of work and talked with some peeps to get my name out. My family back there isn't getting any younger, I'm the only son, and would like to be closer to help them out as it gets more difficult for them to do things.

Our home (when we have it finished) will be open to all my western aquaintences if they wish to come see the beauty of the east!!

Its good to hear you are heading back east sherm.
My wifes father is comming from the rock to spend the hollidays with us.She is excited,first times she has her dad for christmas in 13 years.
Are you in a rush when you pass by?

Hey Fred, I'll be in no rush... you'll have coffee on? I've been away from NL for almost 8 years (I think) now, and its been too long. The people, the landscape...I miss it all. I've been back prolly 5 or 6 times, and every time it gets harder to leave. Me and the missus talked it over and decided its time. I'm trying to finish our house here in Sask by early spring and have it sold/ready to sell by april/may if all goes well.

13 years is a long time to not see your folks!!! I bet your wife is real excited. How come so long when you live so close?
