seems i would be afraid of sanding throught the clear!

I did on one spot when I did my panel, taking it slow this time Brian..

Is it quite hard to touch up the clear coat if you sand through it, do you have to redo the entire panel or just the part(s) that were sanded through?

That is even better.. Makes it difficult to sand when parts of the body are tired and sore..

I need to re-sand some areas a bit more because I still see some scratches from the previous grit paper after I polished it. Might be getting too picky..lol

You can never get too picky..
