Hey guy's whats the easiest and cheapest way to lift my truck a little?

Body lift is the cheapest way, maybe not the easiest though.

If you do suspension lift it's going to cost to do it right.

My suggestion if you want easy and good value for the money put a two inch body lift and then get some 35" tires my guess is that will lift your truck up 4" or 5" and let's you keep the stock suspension.

Just remember your brakes and steering are still stock and a lift and bigger tires are harder on your truck.

Maybe 33" or 31" tires will satisfy your need for height, they're also cheaper than 35"

I guess it all depends on your application, if it's for off road then bigger can sometimes be better, if it's for hwy then higher can be less stable and more dangerous at higher speeds.

None of these ideas are recommendations, just my thoughts on the question asked.

Sounds like we are on the same page, I don't do enough off road to warrant 35" or a big chassis lift. I already have 31"x 10.5 but the truck just looks low compared to new ones out there..
