2006 Ranger fuel filter change

Im going to change my fuel filter for the 2nd time now. The first time it went like crap and had a hard time removing the three lines. Matter of fact I dont even know how I did it without screwing it up. I have three different tools for fuel lines yet they dont seem to work with this type. There are two green and one orange band around the ends. What is the right, easiest way and the proper tool for this. It seems the newer rangers are diff than older ones. Its nothing like the ones on my 1997 F150.

I used a blue one, to take off the fuel tank connection. Slip it around the pipe push it into the fitting and pull the pipes apart. Push pipes together to reattach

On my 03 I used a small screwdriver to push in on the top of the horseshoe clips and then push the line toward filter and then pull to release.
