1976 Ford F250 390 CID

First off I am new to this web site and I am looking to talk with some folks who enjoy Ford Truck as much as I do. I hope there is some one out there that can keep me from pulling my hair out.
I have a 1976 Ford F25) camper special, with a 390 CID, Holley 4 BB Carb, auto transmission. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
I have been trying to find the vacuum line routing for smog. I have bought books from Ford and Chilton’s Manuals. None give the diagram. It is not on line either from what I can come up with
So here are the questions I hope you can help. My truck has a single port vacuum on the distributor ( I am not sure where this goes) . It has a 3 port vacuum post on top of the water pump goose neck for temperature vacuum. ( I am not sure where these go). On the intake manifold just aft of the distributor there is a 2 port tree ( I am not sure where these go) It has a 4 BBL Holley carburetor. With two ports on the left side of the carburetor. ( I am not sure where these go). Under the carburetor is a plate that attaches to the intake manifold with the EGR valve ( I am not sure where this goes) . On the Aft part right side on the intake manifold is a vacuum tree with 4 ports on it, one goes over to the brake boost pump but I ( I am not sure where the rest goes) and in the very back of the motor is a box with 4 vacuum lines coming out and I believe two going in ( I am not sure where these go). And of course the tin cup charcoal canister beside the battery with 3 ports on it. ( I am not sure where these go). All the hard lines I have figured out.
Can you please give me some or allot of insight on the routing. thank you for your time
