anybody score a hunting tag
 

I just got a deer tag for bow Unit 32. Tried for elk Unit 34 but no dice. Know many of guys that got neither. But come January I know where I'll be on the weekends. September for scouting. And seeing how I got this new ATV last week (Polaris 700 EFI X2).:9:-jammin

Nope, the only thing I hunt is fat women :)

I wish I had time to hunt.... the other night on my way in to hwy 3 fire I saw big ass buck If I was hunting You never see them like that

Maybe you could use one of these to haul her arouind in. Has a 400 lb. capacity.:eek:

I don't even put in anymore. Game and Fish has made it such a hassle and the prices have gotten out of hand that I just don't even mess with it.

I still by a small game license because nothings better than a big plate full of fried quail.....mmmmmmmmmmm

Got deer and antelope- both muzzleloader.

Guess ya got to put in to get a draw. Will try for fall turkey, do some dove and more ducks. A buddy did get bow elk, glad I'm a good camp cook...I keep getting invited to tag along.

Got Elk first rifle by Eagle nest and Deer first rifle down south in the Capatan Mountians!:-drink

Best of luck! I loved hunting the Capitans. So close to home mostly. But have almost always found deer in there. Just hard to get close enough stalking w/ a bow. Bought loads of new gear this year so hopefully I'll get a good shot. :-blah

I need to look into bow hunting. After I got out of the military, I just wasn't into shooting things anymore. But bow hunting is a different story all together.

I put in every year riffle elk and deer...and the last 5 years I haven't got drawn for anything. :mad:

IMO...this new lotto system the Game and Fish uses *ucks! My father-in-law and I always enter the same...and we keep getting nothing. For me...I have years to go before getting to old, but he is now 66+ and fears he may not have many years left.

Get this...I got drawn six years ago...and had to hunt with a borrowed 30-06 from my father-in-law. So...later on...before the next hunt...I went and bought a Remington 700 w/scope. Haven't been drawn since! OBTW: The riffle has never been fired! Still waiting to get drawn so that I can go target practice.:-X15
