New Location for Dual Tank Switch - WVO
 

In order to reduce the amount of time required for the petro diesel purge, I want to install a new dual tank switch nearer the engine. I've spent some time today trying to determine a good location for the switch that's close to the lift pump (1990 F250 7.3). After disconnecting the existing switch near the forward tank, I'll splice the rear tank supply and return lines to those that run forward to the engine compartment. The forward WVO tank will get new supply and return lines. All lines will run forward to the relocated tank switch and from there to the lift pump and injector return lines.

So, anybody have their tank switch up near the engine? Where? Are you happy with the location and would you do it again? Options?
