Replaced the #18 fuse twice, keeps blowing. Any ideas on the cause

Replaced my front springs, all 4 shocks (Rancho RS5000's), alignment, and a 6637 intake.

Ditched my 305/65R18 Falken's for stock sized BFG A/T's on stock 8 hole rims. I don't offroad too much (unfortunately) and Falken's suck more than Dyson vacuums.

Next up is a relay set up for the headlights!

Made another parts run...

1989 Style U-Joint, Hypoid 80w-90 Fluid, and the Locking Collar specifically for my 1992 truck...

Compared between it, and the general purpose HELP! Part...

And as I suspected...The actual part was SLIGHTLY larger than the HELP! part...:)

I took my bronco out picking berries, on min miant roads. It thought about getting stuck on one obstacle, but powered out of the sand pit and over the hill. Was playing in someones ATV playground. I know a stock 4x4 truck would never make it where I was going! Both passengers had their "chicken straps" cinched up tight!

I got tired of the old headliner sagging. So, I made up a new one. I didn't want it to ever sag again so this one is made of felt I bought at a fabric store. 'Didn't turn out too bad.

Wes, any reason you decided to go with the TTB and not a solid d44?

I needed 4x4, TTB's are plentiful in my area...

And for $50 for front/rear differentials, COMPLETE, end to end, and a front sway bar...And 3.55 gears, AND a Limited Slip Rear Diff....

Would you have been fussy either? :-X04

Oh man... I've been trying to get some help from Subford, with no luck so far. If anybody is able to contact him can you ask him if he would be so nice to help me with this? (from page 4 on...): https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post11940125

I definitely would have gone with a TTB too for $50 with a limited slip! I'm a supporter of the TTB, actually. I have put mine through some serious abuse, and have never touched it. Once a year I tear apart the hubs and re-grease everything and repack the bearings. Besides that though, I haven't broken anything.
