"Normally we would question a study about vehicle quality that was associated with a particular automaker, as there are some pretty clear conflicts of interest that could taint the results...."
"Question"?.......I guess I will. |
like this is new... FORD MOTOR COMPANY has always been the king of quality in my eyes...They have never let me down.. but then again what do i know i'm just a brainwashed xenophobe:-X15
LONG LIVE THE BLUE OVAL:-jammin |
Interesting... I remember when Toyota's TGW were 800 or so... not all that long ago too...
TGW's are a skewed data form though. Its what customers percieve as being wrong - not what actually is. |
Tgw
if I'm correct, TGW are also unweighted, so a trip to the dealer for a new cupholder counts as one TGW, but a trip to the dealer for a transmission failure is also only 1 TGW.

yup. And its not even based on returns to the dealer.
Its what customers fill out on thier customer satisfaction form. |
