Look on the positive side, you get to X another day off.

BTW, stress is a factor also in skewing the #'s on the blood tests.

I think I picked the wrong month to practice quitting.

glruff 11-19-2007 12:41 PM

And then again maybe not. Hang in there you're doing great. Just b'slap the next person who walks in the office. You'll feel better.

Foxxy 11-19-2007 12:43 PM

Oh my god!! Then I'll need a new job!!

Hi Brenda, hang in there baby!

Remember in times gone by, people used to die of "natural causes." Well we don't have natural causes anymore, everything has a name. We all die from something sooner or later. My motto? "I'm going to live forever or die trying!" Do anything you can do to delay your demise. But rest assured that the medicos will find a way to point out that you're at fault for dying, takes the blame off of them! Hahahahaha!

It's all about feeling as good as you can for as long as possible. I can tell you for sure that you feel better and more capable NOT smoking. And you ARE.

Quitting adds stress which makes it harder so initially (your still in the early stages,) everything seems more difficult. Makes your tolerance for BS even lower doesn't it?!!!

Well you have got the worst behind you now so please don't go backwards.

How much did you smoke and what stage patch did you start with?

Bdox 11-19-2007 09:51 PM

Good point Phil.

If you put on the stronger patch and continue to smoke you will OD on nicotine!
