Normal Specs for MAF sensor in 5.4L Engine

What is the normal operating band for MAF for the 5.4L engine. The MAF sensor is reading from about 0.8 to 1.5 #/minute per OBD2 diagnostic software. I am currently trying to diagnose codes P0171 and P0174 in a 2002 E-150.

Thanks in advance

Not sure of the spec's right off, have you cleaned the MAF yet? Have you checked the PCV hose elbows for cracks/leaks?

No - I won't have time to really work on it until this weekend. I just wanted to see what the MAF sensor was doing prior to cleaning it. I figured if it was reading normal then I might consider leaving it alone and checking everything else first.

At what RPMs? And how much go-pedal?

RPM are idle to about 2000 rpm under no load. Why go-pedal>

Because the voltage varies depending on how much air is being drawn thru it.
