Windshield Wipers stopped working
 

In my 1998 Ford Eddie Bauer Expedition...the windshield wipers stopped working while driving in the rain...the A/C stopped blowing cold air at the same time...I have replaced the small fuses but nothing has changed...not sure about the A/C to do either...advice needed on next steps.

OK...I have determined that the switch is working by hearing and feeling that the relays are "clicking", the fuses are fine as well as having volt meter check each one and I have 12 Volts on the wiring harness that is input into the front windshield wiper motor...but before I replace this motor...I still cannot figure out why the rear windshield wiper does not work either...is there some linkage between front and rear wiper wiring?

Can you check for 12 volts on the fuses? If you have no voltage at the fuses, then there may be a fusible link burnt out over at the starter relay. These links do feed mulitple circuits, so that could explain the other stuff not working.
