Stupid OBS Question

I need to remove a fuel door to bring in for a paint match. How do you get these little devils off? Do I have to try and remove the bolts while the door is open through the little gap or can I get the pin and spring off the hinge and get the door off?

Unbolt the door from behind. (2) 11mm nuts
