99 f250 7.3 powerstroke fuel leak
It's a copper fuel line that starts under my turbo, goes along the middle of the engine to the solenoid just to the passenger side. It connects to something under the solenoid. Just need to know what's it's called so I can replace it. Got fuel shooting out of it where the little bracket holds it. So far I think it's the Tubing, fuel supply Passenger side. Got this info from another forum. Now I'm not sure this is it considering I cannot find a picture of the item, so I don't know if it's the exact thing I'm looking for. Afterall some things on this truck are aftermarket and I don't know if that would be part of it.

This one? Fuel Supply Line - Passenger's side

Theoretically you could, but you'd still need the rubber Vibralok sleeves for each end, and a flare tool. The lines don't have normal flare fittings. When you reinstall it, either insulate the line from the clamp with a piece of something soft, or leave the clamp off altogether. The clamp causes this problem quite often, unfortunately.

Would my local ford dealer have the part you listed?
I live in Colorado. |
I would imagine they'd probably stock it. Diesel O-Rings is in Weldona, about 70 miles NE of Denver, in case you're anywhere in that area.

Alright, thanks! Will keep ya updated on it.

Didn't have to take all that out to get the line out. If you have very large hands you probably won't get it out, but yeah. That was it, big ol hole in her. Got a new one for $50 at the local ford dealership. Replaced and running like a champ! Thanks guys!
