Power window out AGAIN

I have a '08 Navigator. Had the driver side power window motor replaced a couple of years ago while it was still under warrenty. I was told then by a service tech that this is a very common problem. I have been out tof the country for about a year and a half now and my wife and son only drive it occationally. It is now out of warrenty and the window is messing up again. It goes up alittle bit and you have to keep hitting the switch untill it finally goes all the way up. I bet it doesn't have 10,000 miles on the truck since it was replaced last time. This is going to cost me this time. Anybody else have this issue? Is there a better fix? Thanks

Kelly

Just for giggles, before you take it in, try spaying some silicone spay on the window tracks on each side of the window. Spray it liberally and then work the window up and down a few times. Sometimes the track gets crud in it. This may help. Lot cheaper than new regulator or motor.
