Finally arrived m8. Grab some pics if ya can

Love to see the pic too! So it's the F350 dually rear axle and springs going in and flares going on the tub then?
You might want to look for those MOR/Ryde shear-rubber rear shackle replacement blocks to soften up the unladen ride!

I've thought of doing something like that to a 1/4 ton Ranger in the future.

~But then, I freely admit that I AM a madman...

Yep Simon the full 350 rear flares and all out of an 06 350 has the same ratio so I dont have to change the front. At this stage the flares have been plastic welded and ar gettin put under primer. I am waiting on some clips and stuff from the states. Once falres are fitted it will go in to have the diff put in. Had not seen the shackle rubers before do you know wherer to get them from ?

A thing I thought about to get wider tyres under the back of my Ranger project truck was to get two sets of bed fenders - and then slice & weld them so that they went out wider....

If a set were halved with a saw - a strip of metal could be welded too -

But braces might be needed to prevent the weld seam from breaking

Food for thought

It may take extraordinarily wide tyres to get all of that power to the ground in the form of traction, given that the truck is so light and small...
