Would you mind telling us how much $$ you have in it?

USArmyTaterness 02-11-2012 05:43 AM

Looks good man.

About your steering how close does it come at full bump?

Well. I sat down the other day and done a few calculations and come up with 13 k . But I rebuilt every piece other than the body and interior. That's next after I replenish the bank a little. This price is including buying a truck for the body and the bluebird school that I used the motor out of.

At full lock the bolts that stop the nuckle against the axle housing has 1/4 in gap. I need to weld me a nut to them so it will touch

USArmyTaterness 02-11-2012 03:34 PM

Could be worse I suppose did it come with crossover or did you fab it in yourself

havi 02-11-2012 04:47 PM

I fabbed it up... I started this thing with a blasted frame setting on two 55 gallon barrels and a quart of por15......

fordtrucknut 02-12-2012 01:26 AM

Did you build the Frame Perches and the custom cross member or did you buy em? If you bought em where from?? and you said you used the dodge trans?? how did it line up with the original trans cross member??
