I had to work till 10:00 last night. One of my combine drivers "smacked" the bank-out wagon and took out a gearbox......
Off to work......... |
Did ya "smack" him back? HA HA
I take it the wagon is to prevent running the semis all over the fields and packing down the soil?
We don't have anywhere near as big of fields in the valley. They usually run right from the combine into the semi. |
Here is the harvest right next to the fairgrounds.

We don't have anywhere near as big of fields in the valley. They usually run right from the combine into the semi. We have hauled 2 MILLION pounds to market as of today. With the yealds as high as they are this year we should hit 6 MILLION pounds by the time we finish! Some pics from today: http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f3...est2011015.jpg http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f3...est2011016.jpg I actually had to drive today, and here I am! http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f3...est2011018.jpg |
So how many acres do you end up cutting?
Just over 3,000 acres............
