On a 2002 SD, the Accessory Delay Relay keeps power to the radio and power window circuits. The Courtesy Lamps are on the separate interior lamps rely in the cluster.

If you want to control the radio's power from the same switch, you could use a DPDT switch instead and intercept the LB wire coming of C220b-8 also. One flip of the switch would either enable or disable both circuits.

Thank you

Thanks Rick, that is exactly what I am going to to.

I am really miffed as to why Ford thinks that everyone wants their domelight to come on when you shut the key off and to stay on for 20 seconds even after you have left the vehicle. What if your baby is sleeping and you shut the key off? Your baby (or cranky friend) is now blasted in the face with the domelight. On my '04 turning dimmer down beforehand does nothing to prevent light from coming on.

Ford gives us the option to shut off the seatbelt chime and auto door locks. Two possible safety items that we can override at will. But we can't override a stupid domelight?

Sure, I can install a switch to override anything I want. I just shouldn't have to!

No Power Windows Switches work - Issue Accessory Delay relay

So thanks to pointing me to check the accessory delay. On the 2012 F250 crew cab, in interior fuse box.

Only issue I had id'd was none of the power window switches worked. Thought it was the master/driver switch/control, nope. Fuse nope. Broken wires - nope. No other reference to windows any where on the two fuse and power distro box literature. Only when I started yanking things out and trying did i find the culprit to be that pesky accessory delay relay. Thanks!!
