2004 6.0L oil pressure switch leaking

I have a 6.0L F-350 6.0L PSD with 265,000 miles. The truck started leaking/spilling oil between engine and bell housing on passenger side. i found the leak to be coming from the oil pressure switch so i replaced it. 1 day later, the truck started to drip and by the end of the day turned into a leak/spilling of oil. thinking that it could of been a faulty part, i replaced the switch again. again, 1 day later a small drip formed and quickly turned into a leak/spilling of oil. all gauges read fine and the oil pressure reads normal.

Have y'all had this problem before? could there be an intermittent problem causing the switch to fail?

Thanks in advance

the reason the oil pressure switch keeps failing is due to oil contamination that is still in the connector end...make sure you clean all of the oil out of the connector and whipe it clean and make sure you dont spray any cleaner on the new sensor as they are pretty delicate and will just keep leaking...hope this helps

replace the connector end too... rather than cleaning it, they're relatively easy, they are stocked by most ford dealers, and not too expensive. be sure to put the silver wire loom back on to protect from heat.

Where is this switch? the pressure switch for the 6.0 is in the oil cooler at the front of the engine on top?
