morning morris!

i bench pressed a new personal record lol, 270lbs :p i'm shooting for 275 for the near future, but eventually i need to hit 300 since that's my boss's goal ... friendly competition!

Howdy Rod and Morris.. How are things going with y'all???

Turd-250 09-05-2017 09:34 AM

i'm sore! lol

Steve GG 09-05-2017 09:42 AM

Too much working out or an injury??

Turd-250 09-05-2017 10:24 AM

no injury, just too much remodeling work this weekend, and then pushing heavy iron this morning. well, heavy to me lol! i know a guy that pushed 520lbs on bench, around 460 squat, and over 600 deadlift! i'm 270/315/315 haha! i won't max on squat and deadlift anymore, but i'll do a short set that heavy about twice a year, just to see if i can lol

Turd-250 09-05-2017 12:22 PM

you every do clay bar tretments on your vehicles? yesterday i did a double wash, towel dry, clay bar treatment, and paste wax on my wife's cobalt! it looks & feels so nice! i almost hate to see it leave the house because it'll come back with dust and bird poop every time lol

56panelford 09-05-2017 12:28 PM

Yes I have, they work real good. Our daily driver needs it done to it after driving over the road construction but going to wait until it's all done...

Turd-250 09-05-2017 02:04 PM

how much lubricant spray do you use? should the bar keep sliding and not stick while going over the surface? i guess i usually either put way too much or way too little lol, its either running off the paint or the bar is sticking constantly lol

56panelford 09-05-2017 09:12 PM

Just enough so it don't stick slick..:)

Fomoko1 09-05-2017 09:44 PM

I`ve never used a clay bar, I`ve used lots of rubbing compound tho.

56panelford 09-05-2017 09:44 PM

Clay bars work good Morris..

Fomoko1 09-05-2017 10:37 PM
