I have that problem at times too. Might be old age creeping in on me???

Afternoon! I think I overworked myself. I was all tuckered out and slept this afternoon. I never do that!

Good evening Rob..

I finally got around to replacing the master brake cylinder on my stock 53 M100 that was leaking bad. I was really worried that all three brake lines would twist off like they always do but everything came apart like it was a 5 yr old truck. All the brake lines look good so I`m a very happy camper. :-fire :-fire

Good morning Nova Scotia, Morris, John, Brian, Rob, seventy and all who lurk in the shadows..

That's good to hear that your brakes were not a disaster Morris..

Howdy John.....:-wink

Hello Steve, was just about to head back out to the shop and put some sealant around the windshield and maybe cut the lawn. I've been trying to adjust the doors to stop the wind noise..

Steve GG 07-03-2017 01:17 PM

That can be a challenge.. I went and got gas for the mower and propane for the smoker ,

56panelford 07-03-2017 01:21 PM

I guess I better get out there and put the sealant around the windshield, it requires 24 hour to cure. Want to be ready in case I can get it in to have the A/C charged up..

Steve GG 07-03-2017 01:28 PM

Later John...

56panelford 07-03-2017 04:01 PM

Later has arrived Steve, felt I did enough out there...lol

Afternoon!
Got a question... I've got chips with the tiniest of cracks that could very well take off across the windshield at some point. Do people fix that themselves successfully with those kits, or should you really take it to a glass shop and let them do the magic?

56panelford 07-03-2017 04:07 PM

I've never done it myself but a few guys I know who tried weren't very successful. If you have glass coverage those repairs are generally free, they are up here.

Good day Nova Scotia, Morris, John, Brian, Rob, seventy and all who lurk about the place..

I have the smoker churning and hope to be enjoying pulled pork for supper tonight..
