This place is a dump and would only attract low life so not happy if anyone would move into it. Just looking at this place from the outside tells the story of what it looks like in the inside. The back yard looks like a scrap yard..

I wish I had the money.. I would buy the neighbor's place, I would tear down the chain link fence and expand my place. Since I have the zero turn mowing would be slightly longer and possibly easier...

I'd like to get out of this town all together but places like the one next door just bring the value of my place down..

My daughter thinks at times, I should move but this place is paid for and I like it here.. I am not sure what is on her mind at times..

my neighborhood is going downhill slowly. i wish i had the cash to purchase one of the crappers and flip it. of course i gotta finish remodelling mine lol

thanks! they granite guys did a good job, though one of them was a complete jerk. not sure why! also, the jerk one accidentally turned on the safety valve for the water supply to the tub. water went everywhere! had i not been there i guess he would have let the dang house flood. i was glad when they left lol

He showed up but has to order a new control board for it.. he was a decent repair person. Not sure when he will receive it from the factory..

So I guess you're doing the dishes by hand until then...

I guess that is how they will get done unless I can talk my daughter into catching them up..

Or I could eat out like I did tonight with a lady friend..

I'd stick with the lady friend...:)
