this weeked i'm going to get to see my parents. they got a new tractor, new truck, and a new utility vehicle since i saw them a month ago haha! i'm excited about the truck - 2016 f250 with 6.7 psd

hope its fun and relaxed! usually my brain gets all fuzzy and anxious when i go see a bunch of family on holidays. i wish i wasn't so wound up lol

but no matter what, i'll get to try out some neat vehicles! imma take a butt load of pictures!

What is leg day, back day Rob? For sure details and pictures on their new tractor, new truck and utility vehicle, I`d be real excited about the 2016 F 250 too. I think the 6.7 Power Stroke really rocks! :-fire

Lol that's my workout schedule... today is chest an triceps!

morning boys! been quit busy last weeks tire changing season. we should be having a nice weekend,so yard work is in order. it rain so much when the warm weather comes grass is gonna grow real fast. still have a spot of snow in my yard.

Wow! I haven't seen snow in months!

morning rob! it will probably be gone tonight ,just a spot in the shade. supposed to be 15C with sun today. got to go to work ,have a nice day.

I do prefer working evenings and nights, Morris.. I got up at 3:30 and at work at 5 in the morning for several years and refuse to wake to,and alarm clock now that I am retired..

How about posting your workout schedule Rob. I need to loose some weight and try and get myself in shape. Might have to wait until I find out what they are going to do with my shoulder but it sounds like surgery is in the future, will know more after I get the MRI..
