Looks like you take it pretty serious Rob...something I would like to do myself but have so many aches and pains...lol

Its one of the few things I do take seriously! I roll it all into personal wellbeing. Weights, diet, and good rest is what I do to rehab all my problem joints as well. Especially my spine.
...also I have a problem with food lol, so daily exercise helps me focus that addictive desire away from food into the iron! |
I love food more than exercise, a good thing I`m blessed with reasonably good metabolism or I would have a weight problem. :-X04

no fair!!! lol i eat 2300 to 2500 calories per day of really healthy foods (lean proteins and lots of veggies) & i work out every morning, and walk with the wife most nights. and i push mow lawns on the side. and i STILL weigh 200lbs! and at 5'10" that's a bit heavy lol
i'm getting it honed in so that i don't have to work so hard to stay in shape. |
I`m 5'10'' and about 190 lbs to 195 lbs with a bit of a spare tire. Winter is my down fall, spring and summer is my active time.

i went on a vegetable diet (its a twice-a-year routine for me) for 6 weeks at the first of this year, eating nothing but veggies, fruits, nuts, and a whey protein shake now and then. a littel less than 2000 calories per day. I bottomed out at 193lbs... how can that be!!! lol, each time i do the diet i learn more and get just a few pounds lighter... hopefully this summer gets me in the 180's... boy would that feel good! |
I'd like to loose about 15 lbs...
