Measure the deck height of the piston at TDC. CC the head. Go to http://www.kb-silvolite.com/calc.php There you will find a program where you can plug in your exsisting numbers and it will give you the actual C/R. Then you can play with the head CC's and see what you will need to achieve the C/R you desire. Then have the head cut to that CC number.
