    Sorry to be so slow to respond. The price ($50) is for everything: crank, rods, .030" over pistons. These all came from a running engine.
    The crank is already 30/30 under so you'll need to take the mains and rod journals down to .040" under and get matching bearings. I'm told that .060" is the practical limit so further rebuilding is possible in the future. The crank snout has been roughed up by a bad dynamic balancer. Repairing this will likely require a sleeve. These sleeves are commonly used to correct the groove in the crank snout caused by the front seal. So the short answer is that you will need to have a competent machinist bring it up to spec.
