Yes sir there are a couple things I do different now. Instead of allowing 3/4" of pipe to go into both ends of the bellows, I only put 3/8" in the end toward the collector. Still 3/4" in the end toward the manifold though. Also, I do not use the half of the donut gasket anymore either, just the flat gasket I make. The first set I made for my truck I ran for a year with no problems. I sold that truck a few months ago though.

I was just checking out your thread on the bellowed up pipes and it looks awesome. I was wondering how they we're holding up? leaks? modifications? any new additions?
anyway I have mine all torn apart and ready to redo. just making sure if there was any thing different that you have done after the first install. Thanks for your awesome post!!
