So I spoke with a Moderator for the Chapter and it turns out that the "Join Chapter" portion of the website is down right now. They gave me an estimate of some 6 weeks something. Unfortunately there is nothing I am able to do about that.

Hello, sorry for the slow reply, I didn't know I had a visitor message. Anyways, I checked the chapter join requests and it shows I have 0 pending. I asked a moderator to check to make sure it's working. Thanks.
