a 325/65/18 is basically a 35x12.5x18. I know they would fit with 20in wheels, Im not sure about 18s, but with that heavy offset they should clear. But you will get some rubbing at full turn. Best thing is have your tire shop test fit one front tire and see if it will clear with the truck back on the ground.

I was wanting your opinion on something. I put a 2" leveling kit on my 2011 F150 and I have helo maxx 18x9 wheels with +10 offset. Do you think I can clear 325/65R18 Nitto terra grapplers or do I need to stick to 325/60R18's? Thank you ahead of time for your input.
