Remindier I am dropping my truck off to you this weekend. Wanted to detail what I knew:

Puking coolant under load.
Not puking when not under load.
Boost gauge shows upwards of 29psi at times under load (over boosting?)
Temperature got a little warm towing the fiver (236)
Fan never kicks on even at that temp
EOT vs. ECT can get higher than 15 sometimes over 20
This only happens when let off the pedal (i.e. coasting)
While pedal is down, temps stay pretty close to each other.

Anyway, this is all I know, just thought it might help your diagnosis.
