I have an EVTM for 1993 - 1994 Trucks in an ISO format. I still run an old Win XP machine and use an even older legacy program called Virtual CDROM Control panel. It tricks Win XP into seeing the ISO file as a hard drive partition. It saves you from swapping CDs when going to a different model year.

I am not aware if this old program is still available or works with anything beyond Win XP. I can see if I can post the ISO to an online portal. It's ~500Mb so many places ding files that large.
