Conversation Between 46fordtruck and Dylantog

Hi, I am a enthusiast from South Africa, I bought a truck I believe to be a 1946 or 47 ford pickup , I would love to get some advice as how to work out if its a numbers matching pickup and whether all the parts are right, the system seems to still be 6v but I want to get it right? It's a 8rt motor (made in Canada?)
