    Sometimes the software has "hiccups". It is set up so that you can start doing PM's after 25 posts. The reason for the 25 is to keep spammers and ne'er-do-wells in check.

    Im unable to send or recieve private messages....any ideas why? Says i dont have access. It worked the first day or so, but not now....
