I was told I had a fatty liver and a polyp on my gallbladder, not sure what gets done with that. Told me I need to cut back on my calories but I haven't gained a pound in about 8 years..

 

Good evening Steve, John, Brian and all who lurk here.
Looks tasty Steve but I`m not really big on anything that`s green tho.
When for a short cruise on the Honda but since it pretty cool I didn`t go far.
Kneeling is totally out for me John, both knees hate me as it is.

 

I love eating my greens but it's hard to get good greens around here most times..

 

I need to cut back on my calories myself.. Could stand to lose 20 pounds, I thought that they found polyps when they did a colonoscopy..

 

The green was green onions, an option

 

They do but the ultrasound detected a .8 cm one on the gallbladder

 

Interesting.. I need to go to the clinic and see what hoops I need to jump through to get information on their app for me.. I get an email saying something was added but can't retrieve the data..

 

I'm not even sure if it's something I should be worried about...lol

 

I don't know either.. What did the doctor says about it??

 

Said it might break off and plug things, after that who knows...lol I'm going to be asking more questions the next time I see him..there seems to be so much going on right now to keep on top of things plus the fact I'm not a good listener...lol

 

Guess you will have to take notes...lol

I do like green onions, besides lettuce that`s one of the few greens I do really like.
