My 03 ex keeps throwing code p0060. It's a diesel (the lovely 6.0 L) so there are no o2 sensors, or anything along those lines. I broke down and paid the dealer to diagnose it and they up dated the PCM but it still comes on! Any help would be great! As always thanks in advance!

Try posting on the 6.0 forum. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people and even some Ford techs over there.

Can't find that code, sure it isn't P0600?

The code was P0060, not P0600 I took it back to the dealer today and found that coded is tripped if you show low voltage from the relay/resister wire going from your battery to your alternator. I found an almost compleatly worn through wire. I fixed the wire and had ford clear my all the codes in the pcm, and re flash the computer.

So far its good to go!! Thanks for all the replies
