got wrong smoke

ok I know the sticky at the top talks about white smoke at start up, but I got it all the time. I checked the vc plugs. I had two bad ones. I replace those. I haven't ohmed anything yet nor have I pulled the valve covers. But why would I have white smoke at idle all the time. Truck starts fine. I put new gp in last fall, relay its been a few years. valve cover gaskets never. I have even changed some of the plugs uvcp. So I'm stumped. I did a live scan and got no codes. Did a injector "buzz" test that was good. Could I have injectors leaking really bad? or could it be one or more is not firing at idle? Cuz there is quite a bit of white smoke.

How is the antifreeze level, the oil level and is the tail pipe wet? It might be injector O rings getting bad or an injector or two not firing. Check your fuel bowl and filter to see if its clean or not. I'm sure someone else will chime in.

I would Ohm everything out.
Glenn has some good points too.
White smoke is unburnt fuel.
Be sure it is not white steam (water)

I know its not antifreeze I have checked that. I have checked the exhaust it is unburnt fuel. I will ohm every thing out. I saw what the gp should ohm out to did I not go far enough for the injectors? I am wondering about the o rings myself. Those aren't difficult are they? I have replace an injector before.

short update. I was on my phone at a gas station so I turned the truck off. I wanted the windows down so I turned the key back to the on position a few minutes later not ACC. And after the WTS light went out I heard a little "thump", like the gp ignited some diesel fuel or something. Could this be my "sign" I have o rings gone bad? Because the truck still runs fine above an idle.
