Anyone know how to pull the front door panel off of a 99 Exp.??
Relatively easy. Remove the power window/door lock assembly by gently pulling up on it. It is held in by plastic plugs and remov the wiring harnesses. You will then see some screws, I believe, which need to come out. (it will be obvious) The whole door panel is held in by plastic hanger type clips that are attached to the panel. Gently pull on the panel to find their location and then lift them up and out of the steel door. Take your time and you won't break any plugs!

On the sail panel, remove the cover, and screw behind it, remove the window/lock panel....one screw behind it, and disconnect the wires, and pop off the lens....one screw behind that. Lift up on the pull handle, and remove door panel. Also remove the gap filler around the opening handle, and remopve handle first.....1 8mm bolt...
