Good morning Neil. My daughter is the same way Buddy is!! She hates thunder, so we either have to have her with us (and we get no sleep with her in with us!), or we put her in with one of her brothers.

 

I think that we are going to have to talk to the vet to see if we can get some tranqulizers for him to take the edge off.

 

Speaking of your daughter Pat, how did her foot heal up?

We did get some precipitation last night, but I think I can spit more after a marathon race...lol

 

Morning New Yorkers everywhere!!!

Neil...my father's Chow Chow had similar anxiety when it came to thunder storms. He would cling to my mother or father like glue. The vet recommended some herbal remedy that was squirted into his food...seemed to work pretty good. Of course...he dosn't need it any more...he's "Puppy In A Can" on my coffee table!!!
