Its 1/2" tabs and are very stout. I highly doubt they will bend or anything, there is a ton of trucks down here running the same setup with more lift and bigger tires that have no problems.

Decide on a pump yet? What stroke and bore is the cylinder? What brand?

EXACTLY.....thats why it aggrivates me. I designed those tabs so i can get my coilover mounts over the kingpins. i sent my file to plasma cutter and he sold that design to lots and lots of people.
i laugh when i see some tard using them when a regular tab would be much much better. that is a gigantic moment at the base of the welds. the links shouldn't be an issue but when used in c/o mounts its just unnecessary.

If my other laptop was up and running I could post the pics you sent of the metal on the plasma (or was it a waterjet?) table. Maybe 2006-7?

If you are still looking for a steering valve, check the Sauer-Danfoss OPSM-40-on out. It's an open center unit that will still give you steering if the pump craps out. The only bad part is the non reactive part, but I can tell you it worked well in my case. Here's the valve I just put in:

Got the drivers side subframe done. I know its a little different than the "planned" picture I posted, but some of those cuts are damn near impossible without the right tools. Regardless, once the pass side is done and I do my cross-supports its going to be pretty solid.
