Both. I pull trailers as heavy as 12,000lb (short trips only at that weight, of course) and I run quad front shocks and F&R sway bars with polyurethane bushings. You can see some of the things I pull in the albums in my sig link.

Adding both bars is the best way to go. Adding a front only will make the truck understeer even more than it does in stock from, adding only a rear will make it oversteer.

I can vouch for the fact that putting on only a rear sway bar can lead to some very odd and unpredictable handling. Addco strongly cautions not to do it. I ended up running a rear bar only on my F150 for a few weeks due to parts availability and it was VERY squirrelly. I put on the matching front bar and it became rock steady and much better overall than it was without the bars.

Steve83 and strangerranger, Thanks for your input. On me race car I only have the rear bar. I guess I'll get the front one this month and the rear one next month.
Will this be a bolt on or this there drilling or welding?
Thanks again for the in put.C.T.

The Addcos are a bolt on EXCEPT that you need the front spring perches with the eyes and the end links from a truck originally equipped with a factory bar to mount the front bar, They're available at the junkyard of your choice. The rear is a pure bolt-on. I didn't even need a drill, some models may require one.

There was a variety of rear end links used, so you need to make sure you get a bar from a similar truck and the same axle type.
