Its not what I did as its not my truck but wanted to share what this fella did to his Excursion. I didn't get into discussion to find out everything on it but some may have seen this already. Took photo with owners permission as his truck was parked at Sheriff station in San Diego.
Got a new toy today. Haven't used it yet, but seems like it will be sweet for working on almost anything under the hood.
where did you get it? I would seriously like one. And if you don't mind, how much was it? I have to keep within a fairly tight budget. Sometimes I really don't like being an adult. ........

I bought one of those 2.2 turbo Shelby Chargers new back in '85, I had just gotten my new job (still there today!) and needed something more reliable than my '69 Camaro.
When it wasn't exploding (not so reliable it turned out....) it was a fun little gocart that could run with the era's Mustangs and Camaros on our hilly curvy back roads. The factory installed Goodyear Gatorbacks made the car totally undriveable in the wet, that was changed with a set of BFG Comp T/As. After 5 years, 89k miles, a few head gaskets, all of the freeze plugs (rotted out), several water pumps and finally a grenaded transaxle I passed it on to a guy who kept it running for at least another 10 years. It was a cheap little car ($11,500) that as one of the first performance oriented front drivers was fun to drive when it was actually running.
Ordered a set of the Rancho 9000XLs for the front and rear of the EX. Rancho has a rebate program on them right now. A set of four 9000XLs will get you a $100 gift card back.
