Friday I took the EX to the shop that I use down here in DFW. I told them I needed a oil change, chassis lubed, check all the bolts to the leaf springs, and tell me whatever is wrong with the truck.....
I got a phone call several hours later stating the oil change has been done, chassis has been lubed and I had 2 spring bolts that backed themselves out almost an inch. I loved the response when I asked what else needed to be done....."We were surprised, this is actually a pretty solid truck"
All I got charged for was the oil change at $105.

I have a couple of long trips coming up, PA towing then Denver truck only. I have a few things I should look at if I can find the time.
I've been meaning to do a "squeaky brakes fix" tutorial but havent had time. Yes, my brakes are occasionally making noise....yes, Im aware....no, Im not ok with it.
Long story short, ****** major brand fuel had it for cheap, so I filled up. I ended up having all eight injectors, fuel pump, and lines get obliterated due to it being contaminated and cheap quality fuel. Luckily I kept the receipt, disputed the charge on my card, and contacted the company customer service as well. They ended up paying for all of the repairs and replacement components, but my retaining the receipt was a big player in proving I had purchased it from them. The credit card bill wasn't sufficient for them.
