Odometer when we pulled in the driveway after the zoo trip.
Just snapping a pic of the new head unit I noticed I also got the water temp gauge in the shot. This is where my 7.3 sits all the time for water temp. My trans temp never goes over 140 either unless towing in 80 degree heat. I think I need to do the 204 thermostat.

This is about how my mine is too. I think I need the same. I ordered one from Rockauto but they gave me the wrong one.
put like 5-600 miles on all over CT, MA and NH! 6.0 ran great, only problem was a wood screw in my tire...just pulled it out and plugged it. ready for more road tripping this saturday!

It's located below and to the left of the stereo. With a factory stereo you can just use the removal tools, pop the stereo out, lift the dash bezel and access it. With an aftermarket head unit you really have to remove the head unit first and then pop the bezel. My factory stereo had 2 plugs going to it. My aftermarket has about different plugs I have to unplug and plug back in.
Ok, so I've had this lust going on for those damn Harley Wheels. After bugging Mecdac to pick up a set in NC I changed my mind because it would have just been more work than it was worth.
So, the next part of the tail starts night before last, I had been drinking, like... almost always... I was browsing the interwebs, craigslist style, and BOOM, there it was. A semi local add for a fella selling a set of HD 18" Wheels with caps.
I decided I needed to test Stan's new headers on a road trip. The bonus was the amazing scenery that Eastern Oregon has to offer. Amazing ride, and it was beautiful. (Sorry I didn't stop more and get better pictures)
The long drive was worth it, almost 400 miles worth. Those HD wheels are just beautiful. I paid 700 bucks for them with the caps, and the cost of the trip was less than 100 bucks. Now they will sit in my bedroom until I get some tires ordered I plan on wrapping them in Hankook Dynapro ATM 285/65/18's once I use up some more of his stock tires.

Lie-o meter was about spot on. With the headers and the new tune on the 91 Octane Performance Tune I was quite surprised.
First of all, thanks for all the posts guys. I have learned my lesson and won't try to be Mr. "Machoman I can drive all night". Still very thankful to be here, needless to say I made it a point to be at Church on Sunday even after only getting to bed at 5 am.
Anyways, I crawled under it tonight to have a look.
This bolt must have broken during the crash and therefore let the front bar have a lot more play to it.
Which resulted in this dent in my oil pan. I am unsure if I have some new oil leaks or if it is the undercoating. I already had some slight seepage before, so I will have to monitor this. Is it possible that hitting the oil pan at such a speed could have damaged the rest of the engine in anyway through the force that hit the pan?
Anyone know what should be in this broken plastic clip? It is above the driver's side front bar link.
Lastly, has anyone lost their cat? I found this one under my Excursion.... Maybe I should put up some posters looking for its owner?
