I'm so excited and happy i cant wipe the smile off my face!
Beautiful little truck (F150), enjoy it, you deserve it.

The differential shop had a fun time cutting this. They broke 2 bandsaw blades and still only charged me what they quoted. Really nice guy, but he did say he would never cut another one if any every asked.

I did have a little bit of sticker shock when I price a piece of steel tube to reads the center section. 21" long 3 1/2" O.D. 1/2 wall......$161.....ouch.

Put my MBRP exhaust on today.... With muffler. It was open prior and starting to get obnoxious. Had my 8 year old hold the downpipe up while I secured the clamp. He loved it and had a million questions. Fit great and went on easy enough. I'm happy with it.

Drove back from Los Angeles to Reno today and averaged 14.5MPG Pretty happy with that considering I was hovering in the 75-80mph range.

Did some cleaning of sensors today. Cleaned the air sensor, the MAP sensor and the EBP sensor, which was fairly sooted up.

I need to to the EGT valve, but I need to get the gasket and the new O rings before I crack that thing open.

All in all, the Ex seems to be running fairly well.

Been pretty busy lately, went to the woods and Shooting with my Boy and a coworker Thursday, on the way back repaving was taking place and loose grave everywhere. A jeep was speeding in the opposite direction and Johnny Law gave him a ticket. While the jeep was speeding this happened. The window is shattered, hoping I can replace just the one section. Pink ductape given to me by my brother and the only roll in the truck, currently holding the window together. Friday we took the jet ski to the lake and ripped it up. No pics though sorry.

Thanks for the kind words guys! I'm so stoked to be driving it, walking out from any place i parked i had to pinch myself to remember i'm not dreaming. I've put another 100 miles on it today running around town, might go out again tonight...so far the MPG is showing 14.5 but i wont believe it until i run the tank through and had calculate it.

The Ex needs to be filled up, but i have a feeling the Ex might be sitting a few days well the newness wears off.

Yesterday took the x on a day trip to the cabin. Would like to go longer but the kid"s VFW baseball team has a playoff game today. Hopefully once his baseball is done we can get more cabin time in!
