Drove to X to San Antonio friday to pick up a bumper and hang out TXtinct, had a great time. TXtinct is good people if you ever get the chance to meet him

The X did well going up there and coming back, but this was her last roadtrip with her tired and worn AD injectors.

She was parked to rest for the next few days saturday when I got home; she'll be going under the knife with my skillful hands when her new Casserly Stage I's get here etiher Tuesday or Wednesday. Can't wait to get them in!

Driving a company truck in the meantime, I won't mention the make or model

The Excursion got an oil change, new air filter and windsheild wipers. The a good bath to get all the bugs off from 2500 miles of college visits over the last 3 weekends. Then a new coat of wax to be ready for the winter rain and snow. Tires rotated today.

I'll be checking out the thread. I am curious how the frame holds up with these stiff bumpers on the truck when they actually get in an accident.

Took mine out for pictures today.

HardReset, love the pics from 'hug a nut' park!! My old 4Runner pulled dozens of morons out of the sand there and I watched a few trucks/cars get swallowed by the surf when the tide came back in - good times!! I lived at Little Talbot Island State Park for about 6mths while I was working at the NAS fuel terminal a few miles west of there. In all of the years I've been working on the road, that is by far my favorite place I have ever stayed. 'Home' was Tampa back then and I generally went home on the weekends and came back to have the entire campground to myself during the week. I really, really like that part of the world.

Am I the only one that laughed aloud when I saw this picture?... I am going with the fact that if anyone was actually was really hurt it would have been mentioned up front... but some body is going to the auto body shop, the other is going home to bring out the Beer Alignment Tool to see if anything is actually askew... hehe

Jason, if you come back down south a little bit, give me a holler! That was the first time I had been back out there for around 13 years. I used to go quite frequently when my other ex, the ex-wife, and I used to take our SeaDoos out there and jump the waves off of the jettys. Only after a month of separation from that ex, someone needed the SeaDoo more than I did and took it and I had no other reason to go back out there. It was really fun to see how nice of an area it was again and drive on the beach with the new and much better EX!
