Any recommendations on a good brand of heavy duty floormats for the front and back seating areas in a 2010 F150 SCrew??

Weathertech and Huskyliners both make excellent full coverage mats.

I have the Huskyliners.

If you have the Sony sub-woofer, make sure you get the correct rear mat. I think you have to cut the Weathertech rear mat if you have a sub.

I really like this set that came with my FX4. These are the best IVe ever got from the factory of a truck. I think its cool Ford finally gave a full length floor runner for the rear seat too. Again thats what came with the FX4, Im not sure came with other trims

I have the Husky Weatherbeaters in my truck. They do an excellent job of keeping everything off the carpet. When we load our trailer with show cattle you can only imagine what gets on your shoes. These liners are nice because I can take them out and hose off all the crap off and the carpets are stiil clean.

I just got the stock ford mats for $65. They are thick rubber. Can't see how the others would be any better. Specially for the price.

Pour a quart of water on the stock ones and tell me what happens. Or even 12 oz (simulate a dropped soda can).

There's the difference...

I might just try that. I would almost be willing to bet they would hold a can of soda. I know for a fact the rear mat would. It spans the whole back area (front to back and side to side). It would probably hold 3 or 4 sodas. They all have apprx. 1/4" deep grooves. I'll take some pics when I get home today. I was very impressed by my purchase.

Not going to argue the fact that the $200 mats are better. They freaking better be. But the stock rubber ford mats for these trucks are fantastic for the cost.

ksmustng, That would help to see some pics, stopped by Ford and they quoted $72 for the factory set (front and back) but they didn't have any samples or pics. I would like to see what they look like since you say they are pretty nice. Also looking at Husky and Waethertech to see if they are worth the difference to me. No one seems to have them in stock either, but I can at least see pics on here and online. Thanks

the main difference with the full coverage mats like the Weathertech Floorliners is that they have raised lips on the front and sides (like on the front mats, your shoes don't get the carpet dirty on the center hump) and then along the doors both the front and rear mats have lips that extend down to the door sill so the water/liquid can drain out. Factory mats don't have either of these features. Yes these are expensive, but well worth it IMHO.

Originally in my wife's car we had the regular rubber all-season mats. After one winter, there was a white salt ring around footwell carpet just above the mat. We were able to clean it off, but now I got Weathertech mats for her car too and the carpet stays nice and clean all year long.

I'm sold on Weathertech for life now unless I see something better come out. My dad and brother got Weathertech's for their trucks too.

Well;
In my neck of the woods (literally) carpeted floors would be destroyed in 2 years. One of the reasons I order bare-bones trucks. Anyway, I found that Rubbermaid makes an outstanding mat set that has huge ridges and huge side lips for isolating ice /snow melt.
I'm quite happy with them, only $40.

weathertechs for me in the front after buying the Ford rubber mats. The Ford mats particularly around the gas pedal provide little protection to the carpet,....I just placed my Ford mats over the Weathertechs and they seem to work great so far. I didn;t bother with the back mats as I already bought the Ford rear and it is ok. If I had many passengers in the rear the Weathertech would be the way to go for sure....
